    While we make every effort to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where products are unavailable after you place an order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer you a full refund or the option to wait for restocking.

  • Product Descriptions:
    We strive to accurately represent our products, but since we source many items from third-party suppliers, product colors, specifications, and packaging may vary slightly from the images and descriptions shown on the website.

3. Pricing

  • Pricing Accuracy:
    All prices are displayed in the selected currency at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We will contact you if there is an issue with the pricing of your order before proceeding with fulfillment.

  • Additional Charges:
    Taxes, customs duties, and shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout. These are additional charges that are not included in the product price.

4. Order Process

    Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt and does not confirm acceptance of the order until payment is successfully processed.

  • Shipping Delays:
    We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party suppliers, customs, or shipping carriers. Delays are possible, especially for international shipments, and are beyond our control.

  • Customs and Import Taxes:
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:
    While we take great care to package your products securely, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping once the item is in the hands of the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, we can provide tracking details for your reference.

6. Returns and Refunds

    As a dropshipping retailer, we cannot accept returns for products unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

    If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

    Personalized items or products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If there are any issues with the product quality, delays, or damages caused during shipping, these are beyond our control, and we will assist you in filing claims with the appropriate parties if necessary.
